The 2025 Carta Rallye promises to be another thrilling event for all participants. The Ténéré Yamaha Rally Team will be there in full force and there will be an expanded Ténéré Spirit Experience presence at the event, as we have opened up 30 places for our valued customers to attend.
This is a unique opportunity for Ténéré riders to join the bivouac of the elite level Yamaha Rally Team for 2000 km of Rally-Raid adventure, over seven days in the middle of the stunning Moroccan desert in the Raid category, without the pressure of a stopwatch.

The ninth edition of the Carta Rallye takes place from 12th to 18th April 2025 and Ténéré Spirit Experience riders can attend for a total budget of €6800.

Since 2014, the Carta Rallye has offered a Rally-Raid experience to delight competitors of all levels, while challenging them. The race features previously unexplored routes, advanced navigation, professional electronic roadbooks, optimized security, a very efficient tracking system and well-coordinated logistics at both the international and Moroccan national level. A schedule of eight stages, more than 2,500 km of specials, well-organised bivouacs, easy connections and a varied, fast and technical route gives the Carta Rallye a unique atmosphere of conviviality and comfort.
Take in the beauty of the Moroccan landscape
For the 2025 edition, the Carta Rally will cross Morocco from West to East, starting from the fabulous Plage Blanche on the Atlantic coast, following the Draa Valley, crossing Erg Chegaga and finishing in the large dunes of Erg Chebbi, in Merzouga. The route will offer breathtaking landscapes, large dunes and technical tracks.
Navigation on electronic roadbooks in colour allows competitors of all levels to participate and improve their level. Thanks to the Stella Evo 3 tracking system, a specialized professional medical team and the presence of a helicopter, all competitors can experience the event with high levels of safety and security.
After each day’s racing Ténéré Spirit Experience riders can take in the friendly and warm atmosphere of the Carta Rallye bivouac, accompanied by their fellow riders, elite level pros and the highly professional crew of the Ténéré Yamaha Rally Team, with every possible requirement taken care of.
Bourgeois welcomes more riders than ever before
Marc Bourgeois, Team Manager of the Ténéré Yamaha Rally Team and leader of the Ténéré Spirit Experience project, commented: “In the last 12 months the Ténéré Spirit Experience has welcomed more than 50 riders to our programme and covered more than 15,000 km, riding at events such as the Africa Eco Race, the Morocco Desert Challenge and the TransAnatolia Rally.”

The Carta Rallye in April 2025 provides an opportunity for more riders than ever to join us at a top-level race at an accessible price, almost half the cost of some other Rally-Raid events.”
Bourgeois added: “The clients who join us at the race will be able to test the significant improvements on the Ténéré 700 produced by the GYTR kits in a Rally-Raid environment, without being under the pressure of racing against the clock. We want to share this adventure with as many enthusiasts as possible, so we decided to create a new offer for a much lower overall budget, for a larger number of riders.”
