MBSM, the company that manages the Ténéré Yamaha Rally Team and the Ténéré Spirit Experience, inaugurates the Ténéré Workshop, a new site dedicated to the development of racing projects and to engaging the Ténéré community.
Located in the south of France, the Ténéré Workshop brings together in one place several activities and areas of expertise developed by MBSM over the years, in close collaboration with Yamaha.
The site has been designed as a true hub, bringing together the experience of competition, training, product development and the organization of experiences dedicated to Ténéré users.
From competition to Adventure experience
The story of MBSM has been built around competition. Over the years, this racing experience has become a true laboratory for developing skills, improving bikes and helping teams progress.
This expertise has gradually extended to other activities: rider support, technician training, product development, creating experiences and building lasting partnerships.
The Ténéré Yamaha Rally Team now constitutes the official Yamaha team competing in rally-raid. The team participates throughout the year in several international events riding Yamaha Ténéré 700s, with its two official riders, Frenchman Gautier Paulin and Italian Alessandro Botturi.
Among the major events of the season is the Africa Eco Race, an iconic rally-raid event that takes competitors in the footsteps of the legendary original Dakar to Dakar, Senegal.
This presence at the highest level of competition directly feeds into MBSM‘s other activities. Through the Ténéré Spirit Experience, enthusiasts can discover rally-raid alongside the official Yamaha team.
Participants can join the structure and benefit from the team’s logistics, the support of the mechanics and the expertise developed in competition to experience a rally-raid adventure in the best possible conditions.
Depending on the format chosen, the experience can take the form of an immersion within the official team, allowing participants to experience a rally-raid in conditions close to those of an official rider, or a raid format offering an all-inclusive travel experience at the heart of the Yamaha Ténéré environment.
The Ténéré Workshop, at the heart of new projects
The Ténéré Workshop was born from the desire to bring these different activities together in one place. This is where MBSM‘s various projects come to life, from competition to experiences offered to users.
The site provides an environment that connects the experience gained in competition, technical knowledge, partners and users. The goal is to foster exchanges and contribute to the development of new solutions.
The site is also closely linked to the activities of Ténéré Spirit Experience, as well as to the development and promotion of GYTR products.
A new Ténéré Center to set off on adventure
MBSM recently opened a new Ténéré Center within the Ténéré Workshop. The objective of this space is to offer rides and Adventure experiences directly from the site.
A Ténéré Center is an official Yamaha training center where experienced instructors provide training in off-road riding, on-road riding and roadbook navigation. Open to all riders, it offers a safe environment to improve, gain confidence and develop your skills.
This new activity complements the various experiences offered by MBSM and strengthens the role of the Ténéré Workshop as a meeting point between competition, adventure and the Yamaha Ténéré community.
