Off-road motorcycle intercom: an essential for adventure!
In 2025, heading out on an adventure without an intercom is like riding without a chest protector or gloves — you’re missing an essential piece of gear.
The intercom is not only practical, it is also a genuine safety feature. When traveling or on an off-road adventure, it allows you to communicate with your traveling companions, warn them of danger, or report a mechanical problem in an instant.
No more constant stops or complicated phone calls: just press a button to stay connected, even in the most remote locations.
Off-road motorcycle intercom: an essential for adventure!
We use the Cardo range, the market leader for adventure and road trip motorcyclists.
The Cardo Packtalk Edge offers:
Connection with up to 15 riders thanks to Dynamic Mesh Communication (DMC) technology.
A range of up to 1.6 km between users.
Water and dust resistance, ideal for off-road use.
It is an essential communication tool for trips, motorcycle rallies, or off-road adventures with others.
Compatibility with helmets – Example with the Supertech M10
Une question revient souvent : comment installer un intercom Cardo dans son casque ?
We tested and validated the Cardo Packtalk Edge on the Alpinestars Supertech M10 Solid ECE helmet, which we used during our expedition to Norway.
👉 Installation tip: The original package includes JBL 40 mm headphones.
⚠️ For the Supertech M10, it is recommended to replace them with 32 mm speakers (not JBL), which are thinner and perfectly suited to the internal foam of the headphones.
The result: a comfortable, discreet, and high-performance intercom that doesn’t cause discomfort to the ears, even after several hours of riding.
🧭 Why use a motorcycle intercom on an adventure?

✅ Enhanced safety in the event of an incident
✅ Comfort and freedom during long journeys
✅ More immersive group experience
The Cardo Packtalk Edge is the ideal solution for rallies, trail riding, and motorcycle trips, whether you want to chat, help each other out, or simply share the pleasure of riding together.
