Africa Eco Race: Back to the roots in Dakar
The spirit of the original Dakar, the soul of the great rally raids: 15 people in our team to ensure your comfort and safety.
Our official riders, like Alessandro Botturishare the tracks with passionate amateurs and Yamaha ambassadors. In recent rallies like the Carta Rallye, we’ve seen talents such as Gautier Paulin, Kevin Gallas, and Stéphane Peterhansel.
Every year, our line-up changes: some, like Nicolas Charlier, keep coming back (already 4 rallies with us), while others join us for the first time thanks to our accessible assistance package.
Who can register?
🚦 Simple requirements:
- Be over 18
- Hold a valid rider’s license
⚠️ No need to be a pro rider or have rally raid experience
- If you’re new, the Raid category is ideal: adventure, navigation, landscapes — without the pressure of the stopwatch.
- Own a Yamaha Ténéré 700? This is your chance.
- No bike? You can rent one directly from our team.
Our goal: make rally raid and the Dakar spirit accessible to everyone.
Which Ténéré for the Africa Eco Race 2026?
Competition will be fierce in 2026… so we’re preparing an even sharper machine: the Ténéré 700 Rally.
